TUNAS BITUNG INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

Following up on the success of Tunas Daan Mogot, Tunas Bitung was established as the second warehousing project in 2014, with a total of 158 warehouse units. Developed on 38 hectares, Tunas Bitung is strategically located. The area is very accessible; only 3 km off Bitung toll-exit and very close to Merak harbor.

In addition, the project offers another crucial advantage, that is, a special industrial permit allowing businessman to do production and other light industries. Tunas Bitung also offers an industrial lot which can easily be tailored to the needs of consumers.
