OUR STORY
Tunas Industrial was established in year 2000 by Tunas Group as the subsidiary focused on industrial estate & warehousing development.
With more than 20 years of experience, Tunas Industrial have developed a sizeable portfolio of more than 130ha of industrial real estate in Batam City & Greater Jakarta which includes Tunas Batam Center Industrial Estate, Tunas Kabil Industrial Estate, Tunas Bitung Industrial Estate, Tunas Daan Mogot Business Park & Logistic Warehouse.
To anticipate the growth of manufacturing & warehousing activities after the Covid-19 Pandemic, Tunas Industrial started the construction of the 100ha Tunas Prima Industrial Estate next to the Hang Nadim International Airport area. This aims to meet the increasing needs of industrial estates from neighboring countries who want to take advantage of Batam’s potential as a manufacturing hub.
Our parent company, Tunas Group is also involved in the development of residential and commercial real estate in the city of Batam. These projects include Grand Batam Mall, Garden Avenue Residence, Tunas Regency, Top 100 Plaza, upcoming 200-unit apartments and many more. To date, Tunas Group has more than 350ha of experience in developing various properties in the industrial, commercial and residential fields.
Other than real estate, Tunas Industrial also owns and operates a private power plant with a capacity of 15 MW, supplying stable electricity to manufacturers and warehousing for each tenant. As well as other infrastructure and facilities such as 24-hour security every day, food courts, minimarkets, pharmacies, comfortable dormitories for employees to live in, water supply from SPAM Batam and natural gas from PGN to support the operational needs.
